Do You Croyez?
by Larry Gagnon

I am confident that most of you are asking, "Do I what?" Some of you may have immediately Googled the word "croyez" for the definition and found many websites in a different language. The language is French. I will save you from going to either Google’s or some other language translation program and tell you that croyez means "believe".

"Do you believe?"

Now I bet you are asking, "Do I believe in what?"

OK, I am done with teasing. I am asking do you believe in yourself? Do you believe in those around you? Do you believe in what you are doing? Do you believe in where you are going? But, before you can answer these questions and believe, you need to know something about what you are asking of yourself.

Do you know yourself, those around you, what you are doing and where you are going?

"Do you really?"

The new year is here and many of us reflect on the past year and make resolutions for the upcoming year. I believe all of us have the capacity to chart our futures and also believe that to know where we are going, we really need to know our environments and ourselves.

Ask yourself the following questions. Who am I? What am I doing? Can I actually achieve or go after what I want with the support of those around me at home and at work? What do I want to do? Don't be mistaken, these are very challenging questions that make you think. These make you look in the mirror and truthfully begin to know if you have what it takes.

With an honest effort, I believe we can answer these difficult questions. If you really want your goals and dreams to become reality then begin by asking these questions. The answers will provide direction and become the foundation for all your hard work. These answers will become your vision of what your future can be, the beginning of a plan to move forward - believe in this future!

Start this year by first answering these questions and then subscribing to the "Croyez!" Newsletter.

I believe 2006 can be your year.
