SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS

Here is a list of projects successfully delivered by Larry Gagnon and his project teams.

Quote-to-Cash - Delivered an ERP solution (Siebel 7) for an international, ISO 9001:2000 semi-conductor company resulting in the retirement of 4 legacy applications and millions of data records migrated. The project involved all functional areas to address quote-to-cash sales and product development lifecycle.

PMO (Project Management Office) - Worked closely with an IT department within a branch of the military to architect and facilitated the implementation of a PMO (Project Management Office) while the organization achieved CMMI certification. Additionally, applied Six Sigma and Lean disciplines to this newly created PMO.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)  - Hand-picked by Executive Vice President to lead the development of a CRM (Siebel) implementation for a global security solutions company resulting in the elimination of 20 redundant business applications, data cleansing of customer databases (120,000+ records down to 17,000) and the standardization of business processes (order management and customer service) across many functional areas.

Business-to-Business - Designed and launched a web business-to-business application which that interfaced with company’s backend ERP (SAP) system. The application addressed the business transaction needs of top 1000 customers resulting in the reduction customer operations telecommunications activity and order management time, increased sales force effectiveness and overall customer satisfaction (survey based “Completely Satisfied” rating).

ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) Solution  - Implemented Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) solution resulting in a 25% reduction in manufacturing and operations costs.

Web Solutions - Designed, developed and managed partner self-service website. (RSA Online)

Led a key strategic initiative to deliver a B2B web-based custom pricing architecture to enterprise-level corporate clients using JD Edwards for a recognized e-commerce leader of computer hardware and software solutions. The solution helped company reach $100 million revenues. 

EMR (Electronic Medical Record) - Directed an enterprise-wide EMR (Electronic Medical Record) solution (Epic Software) for a large medical health system. The primary focus of the solution was the Billing, Medical Records Management and selected Clinical areas of Radiology and Emergency Department. Stayed under budget and on the delivery schedule through detailed management at all phases of project.

 Certification Program - Led the creation and delivery of a national certification program for an international computer hardware/software manufacturer’s server line of hardware and software to reseller channel.
