"When I
started training with Larry, I had one simple goal in mind….to become a
morning excerciser. With a full time job and
two young children, working out in the evening was becoming more and more
of a challenge. Larry recognized my concerns and worked with me for
12 weeks. Throughout the course of my training, I was always
impressed with Larry’s enthusiasm and positive attitude. He created
a very manageable and realistic plan that focused on combining cardio,
weight training and yoga. Larry explained that success is all about
establishing a rhythm and believing in myself.
He encouraged me to use techniques such as self-talk and rewards.
He also taught me that success is a result of the quality of the workout,
not the time committed.
Not only did I
succeed in becoming a morning excerciser, but I
learned to appreciate that “me” time in the once dreaded early morning
